After airing our views regarding our treatment (as customers) by FNB Homeloans, the above Ambassador contacts us with a long long convoluted answer!!!
First she addresses my Fiance as Mr V Naidoo. Who is Mr V Naidoo? Even as a CUSTOMER Service Manager, she responds to a CUSTOMER with the wrong details!!! Why are we not surprised with her misinformation?
Her answer vaguely explains why we were approved for R779 000.00 at 104% for the first application and approved for R650 000 only at 90%. Here is our interpretation of her answer:
Even though we may not be the very rich clientelle you are so hungry for, we are still loyal FNBers!!! You, FNB will adjust your score card upwards WHEN IT SUITS YOU SO THAT YOU CAN GET THE CR? ME DE LA CR? ME (FORGET ABOUT THE REST!!!) AND MAKE TONS OF MONEY BUT CANNOT EVEN GRANT A 100% BOND TO YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS WHILE OTHER BANKS CAN!!!
My Fiance even worked for FNB and sings its PRAISES FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS EVERY CHANCE HE GETS!!!
THAT IS WHY I LEFT ABSA TO JOIN FNB!!!
Once again YOU, FNB HAVE DESTROYED YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS DREAMS!!!
