I've contacted virgin insurance through the "contact us" page on their website to arrange for a vehicle insurance letter for my Botswana trip. After a couple of weeks I received nothing, then after phoning them I was assured that this would be emailed to me asap. Its now a couple of weeks later and I'm leaving on the 9th and still havent received anything. Sad service...
