LETTER OF DEMAND P B MATHEBULA

Good day

Last year in January we received a letter from Creditworx for the above employee about outstanding medical fees to Dr Roos. I consulted with Michelle at Dr Roos' rooms and established that the medical aid did not pay the fees. We paid the money in full and made sure that the additional costs would be waived. I've contacted the supervisor on various occassions and still this was not done. To date I only receive e-mails from them with no content and know that it is for the above employee. It was agreed not to charge the costs and we are still harassed by them.
