Unexpected delight

We all know when dealing with Insurance companies, the general feeling is they have no desire to assist you further than their particular job function and make it as difficult as possible to replace / repair your goods.
Not so with Ilona, she took the time to undertsand how my loss affected me, and did her best to explain how the process worked and what was required of me, as well as her attitude and bubbly personality made her an absolute pleasure to deal with. I hope I dont have to call her any time soon, but I would have no reservations that should I need her, she will be there to help to the best of her ability. My faith in the insurance industry as a whole is somewhat restored through her.
