Home Loans VERY slow

I started the process of moving my property loans to FNB from another bank. At first, the interest rates offered were not better, so FNB undertook to better it. They sent me an email, indicating that they offered the rates "Less 0.5%. I asked them to be clear, "Less than what? " There was only confusion, and I never received a straight answer. They went ahead and started the process, without me agreeing on the new rates. I contacted FNB homeloans, but the matter has not been resolved yet, over 5 months later.
