2 weeks and no feedback

I had submitted a claim on the 17th September 2013, witch my call was dealt with in a very good and professional manner, but since then I had no luck, I tried contacting Virgin Money Insurance on numerous occasions and left Messages, its been more than 2 weeks and did not have any feedback at all.

Today is the 2nd of October and my account has already been debited and my premium has increased and I have no idea why? and I have not been notified at all???

They cant sort out a claim or give a client a call back and keep them up to date, but they sure are fast enough to increase your premium and debit your account

Is this the way that all clients are dealt with? is this the type of service they offer and is it worth paying for such services?

This makes one think if they are even worth insuring your Life with? household? and car?
