I took out a loan in Feb 2013, It was approved but to this day i get no statements, the call centre number is permanently engaged. I don't even know which bank my loan is through. Nice.
If i don't get a reply or a response i will cancel this debit order on principle because no one sends out statements. The website feedback doesn't help either.
