Hi All,
ABSA has a bad call centre service when it comes to requesting a simple contact number for their employee benefits number. this is all the numbers I have received from their call centre and none of it works or no one answers:

how is a consumer suppose to know who to phone when staff members within their call centres are delivering this type of service? are staff members not updated or suppose to be professionally trained and clients should have the right to their personal information when it is being requested.
