I applied for a home loan on 20 September 2013. On 25 September 2013 (after weekend and public holiday) I received a phone call and email stating that my loan has been approved in principle. On 26 September I received an email stating that the valuation has been done and I will be notified of the final outcome. The afternoon I received my final loan quotation. On the 27th I received an email stating that all documentation has been sent to the attorneys. Throughout the process I have been phoned and updated on the process and explained what to expect next. All this happened while I was still waiting for other financial institutions to reply. Must say I'm impressed with the speed and service that I received. Thank you.
