My premium was going to be increased at the end of January and i called my Miway to ask for reduction and Kgothatso helped me to my satisfication. i think he deserve a promotion he is so proffessional and strives to leave a client happy.
He also helped me get my reward which i was about to forfeit because of a misunderstanding of the money charged when changed the adress. Khothatso was so pantient in explaining everthing. Compilment to you Khothatso you deserve a good promotion there at Miway
