I was dissatisfied that excess waiver was taken away on one of my vehicles although I did not claim but my premium remained the same. An e-mail was sent late yesterday to Mi-Way's complaints department. Krystal phoned me early this morning and was able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I am now a happy client.
