We are trying to sell our home and I assume ABSA was sending someone around to do an evaluation assessment for the buyer. They however did not set up an appointment and just expected my housekeeper to let them in??? They then tried to call me at work to give permission for her to let them in. HELLO??? we live in a high crime country. I don't know you from a bar of soap and you want me to just let you into my house. I don't think so. And dont get rude and yell at me when I wont either. There is a way to do this properly - perhaps you need to check how standard bank do it, much more curtious and professional. Set up an appointment that is convenient, provide credentials of the person coming around, don't just pitch and demand. Just a thought ABSA . Use it, don't use it.
