CANCELLATION AND REVERSAL OF PAYMENT

Good Day

After several attempt of calling the contact centre on the 30/09/2013and the consultants keep hanging up the calls on my ear... which I feel it was very incompetent. In Aug 2013 around the 1st week I got a call for a funeral policy. After taking all my details she agreed to post me the documents to finalise the confirmation so that I can send my KYC docs. To my surprise at the end of Aug I had a debit order following this month of Sept 2013 and only realised this month when I went to the bank to do my private stuff. I find it strange that I am being debited without documents being sent and signed. I would like to cancel the funeral policy that I NEVER HAD!!! and be reversed with R900.00.
