Today while standing in the costumer query cue, an old lady came in with a question about her debit orders not being correct. She was a bit deaf and did not understand what was going on and why the bank had subtracted the amount they did. Jaco was so patient and friendly with her and he repeated himself probably 10 times trying to explain to her what was going on, and each time with a smile. He was not only nice to the old lady, but to everyone he helped. its nice to know there are still people that believe in service with a smile :)
