Rejection of a fully paid up RCS account

My mother, Mrs ES du Toit, went to Pick'nPay to purchase groceries. Before leaving home we made sure that the money is available by SMS. The reply came back that R10000 are there to be used. In actual fact they owe her R3.61. That was at about 18:30 today. She went shopping and the card was declined.By rechecking the balance on SMS it was once again shown as R10000 available. My mother being an elderly lady and financially okay, walked out of Pick'nPay with a red face and very upset. I will definitely see that she cancel her card if this is the way RCS treats it's clients.
