I would like to commend the the outstanding service that I received form Lorraine Maziko on the 13th of September 2013. In spite of all the headache we have caused, she managed to handle issue with professionalism without giving up on us. She exercised patience, understanding and knowledge of her job.
I hope Wesbank can train her for promotional positions in the future. Thanks very much Lorraine!
