I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the service I received from Lorraine Mahlangu and Mxolisi. Below is what I have to say:
My first point of contact with Lorraine Mahlangu coupled with regular follow ups compared to all I received was the best. Lorraine Mahlangu is just the best, kept me in the loop and made sure that she came back to me on the promised time with relevant information to help me make an informed decision. She was very client-centric and sold a service to me rather than a product. Wish she could forever be my ABSA point of contact. She is awesome. Well done and keep it up Lorraine. What an incredible assets to ABSA!!
