I applied for a loan online, but had no response from anyone. I filled in the whole form and everything, including my banking details. Now they debited R399 from my account, for what I don't know. I was not approved for any loan, I did not receive anything from them. I want my money back before the end of Monday 30 September 2013, otherwise I am going to take further steps against them.
