"WE CAN REGRETFULLY NOT SPEAK"

Steve, tell me when will FNB give us, risky clients -respect? Took out a device option in 2011 with a judgement on my name and i have a "too risky profile" (and this not because i am a criminal but i missed couple payments and returned debit orders) Now, i paid up the device and have an option to take up another device but management says i am too risky and have a judgement on my name. What changed Steve? the judgement was there in 2008 and in 2011 when FNB granted the device to me. The economy changed and it had an impact on me and a lot of people but i did not go to Absa or Standard Bank. - i have my salary still being paid in my FNB account. I am loyal to FNB and i expect the same in return when i or the many millions of clients are in distress. Dont reply by saying " we can regretfully not speak on" how the 2011 device was issued when i was not credit worthy. If by a chance in the device i requested be issued to me for just being loyal - i might die of shock
