A few months back I complained, on this site, about Bluebean blacklisting me for no reason. I also logged a complaint with their call center. They subsequently sent me an email stating that, according to my signed contract, they could do that. That's all! I then requested that they send me the signed contract, and the records that they used to register me as a bad payer on ITC. I haven't heard a thing from them since. Typical from a typically organization. Now, my only options are to report them to the NCR, hire a lawyer, and then, if I win, they will restore my credit. So, basically, it will cost me a lot of time and money to get them to restore what should already be mine.
