For the duration of the repairs on my vehicle, Ntsako kept me abreast with each development on the work done or still to be done. He would inform me of progress on the repairs and if there was no progress, he would promptly advise me and give reasons for any delay. During this period, it has been a pleasure to work with him as he demonstrated the necessary understanding of his assignment. I therefore express my gratitude for the manner in which he ensured that the repairs are affected in a workman-like manner.
