I took out insurance for my cellphone at Game store in Parow. My Blackberry 9900 bold got and I have sent all the requested information to Finrite and I have yet to rec. a response from them. NOT even a courtesy e-mail confirming receipt of any of the docs.
I have been paying R98 every month from since 2011 and would consider myself a loyal customer. To be treated like this is V ERY unfortunate.! To add to this tragedy, I am unable to call the callcentre as I don't have a phone. How dare they treat people like this???!!!
I want a new phone!
