Inform you of FNB's POOR service! I've been unable to use my account for 2 days and now all of a sudden you need a proof of residence. This is unacceptable as there was no communication to me that this is going to happen. This lack of service is unacceptable. This is the kind of service that will insure that I will move back to ABSA, their service is far better. They may ask a bit more in banking fee's but their service didn't ever drop to the standards of FNB. This was a waste of petrol, money and time just to be told to go back cause no one can help me although at the opening of my account I did provide proof of residence. A letter on hellopeter will also be added to inform every one of the lack of skill at FNB. I was told that they should've sent a sms to me regarding this situation but nothing has been done of the source. No email as well so this just shows a lack of interest in your clients.
