Receive an sms informing me that I have not made a payment or made a payment arrangement on 25th of the month -

This is after I receive an sms informing me that the amount has been debited from my account... also confirmed on my online payments. The amount has been debited directly from my account for the last ten months.

PLEASE EXPLAIN!!! The number you request I dial is permanently engaged!
