Staff need to be trained to give better service

I went to the business tellers on the 18/09/2013 to deposit money into my husbans account, on arrival the lady at the till was very rude, she didn't greet and had and awfull frown on her face. When I handed over the deposit slip to her she recognised the refferance name and started complaining to the other male teller in zulu that "this friend of your has got a habit of coming at this time with all his coins". Not knowing that I understood what she said, I asked her what's the problem cause the bank has not closed yet. She said that we can be depositing coins in the afternoon, I then asked her since when is that, cause when I got into the bank one of the ladys in front directed me here and did not say that its too late, she then said that was managements rules. I kept quiet and she continued to count the money, sulking and complaing in her lanuage the whole time and when she was done she just throwed the reciept into the little box, when I walked out I layed a complaint at the front desk, I gave them the account number and our contact details. I'm also in retail and have to deal with customers ona daily basis but never have I ever seen that kind of service from any teller.
