I joined Absa Rewards middle August via the internet and choose the payment option of R21 a month. End of August they deduct the annual fee of R251. I've send an email to absa rewards on 27 Aug, Its almost a month later and they havent even respond to the email. Ive phoned 3 times, every time they tell me they will pay me back. They promise me on Thursday it will be in on Monday. Today is Wednesday, and still nothing has been done. This service of Absa really!!! Why do they give people a choice when they just go and take everything. If it was the other way around they would not have waited for me to pay them. I think Im going to open a and case at SAPS. Because this is exactly what it is.
