Waitng on new card delivery

Delivery of my card took place on a saterday as arranged with delivery company. I had all the documents as requested but the delivery guy told me that the letter from the owner of the house that i am renting from is not acceptable as it had to be a sworn avidavid. I was not aware of this and only had a letter with his signature on, stating that I rent from him and the utillity bill. so i didnt recieve my new card. A couple of week later a service consultant phoned me and I told him that i have not recieved my card. I hold the line while he spoke to the delivery company and informed me that they said i didnt have all the required paper work. He informed me that they will contact me and make arrangements for delivery. Still waiting for arrangement to be maid.
