I requested a delivery letter from Shelandrey of Satinsky128, who told that unfortunately she cant and that i have to use her email (which has no signature/ contact number) as a proof that i did not took delivery of the car. I told her that i need a letter with company details (Letter head) to provide to the insurance company so that i can get my refund, and she gave the same story "use the email as a proof that you did not took the car", it is a month now and still waiting for the letter. What kind of company operates without a letter head and a direct number??? its a total FLOP!!! SIES!!!
