My car broke down, and so I called SA-Warrenties after having my policy for 7 months already. After giving them my ID number as I do not carry my policy number around with me, they then told me that my policy is for a car I do not, and never have owned. Meaning they are unable to tow my car. They explained that I will need to pay cash for the towing, wait for them to fix my policy (Which was correctly signed and handed to them.) and then make a claim for the towing keeping the invoice for them. I have been trying continuously for the last three weeks to make a claim, but I have not been able to get further than them asking for the invoice. After that, I simply get ignored. I have had 15 mails going back and fourth with them, and they are no longer responding. When I call, they say they will call me back in 30 minutes to process the claim, which they do not do.
