I have been banking with fnb for the past 6 years. I have always like the bank for its professionalism. Lately I the bank has lost its proessionalism and its shocking. I took up a loan with the bank a few years ago. Was paying the accounT properly with no struggels until I got retrenched. I approached the bank to inform them of this and try and come up with ways I could pay but not they way I used to since I did not have a job... The agreement was thatR 800 woud debited off the account. So they debit order went off as per agreement. Then suddenly it stop andlater the bank decided to debit R5400. I was not informed of this and I believe the broke the agreement and its not fair. How should I pay my rent
