I am so disgusted in the service that i am getting from absa staff, me as a customer should not be phoning after them to find out how far they are with the investigation and they are very rude.
i had to call Thembi yesterday to find out what was going onm as i did not recieve and sms like i did previously to say what happening. and her words were that she would keep me posted as to what is going on up until today which is the 20 September Thembi has not picked up the phone to say anything to me. i also don't understand why it is that one needs to wait so long to get your own money back, does and investigation take so long, other cases which has really got to do with get resolved quicker which i have also experienced in the last and they people that help me were very accommodating which i really appreciate... this time round i am not sure what is going on as i also tried calling Fadgieya and she could not even wait for me to finish VERY RUDE and i dont appericiate this at all... I WILL BE CLSOING THIS ACCOUNT AS SOON AS I GET MY MONEY BACK CAUSE THIS SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL...
