Incompetence, opened acc in 2003, no personal det

I went to Standardbank Bramfoiten to collect my cheq card and cr card and they found out that they were no documents to indetity me as i was the client for the past 10 years, phoned My branch Ellispark i was told that the time i opened my account they was no scanner and no one phone me or sms me to come and update, as a standard bank client im very upset and really this is bad, noone failed to make a follow up for the past 10years
