My Life Put On Hold

I am writing this as a frustrated customer.
A while back I discovered that my id document is "flagged". When I made a follow up I was given this number 021 533 0233 and the name Natasha Moses as contact person. Little did I know that my life had just turned into. After a couple of months she came back and told me that she is of the opinion that the listing is legitimate.
What I don't understand is:
o Why was I not informed properly when my id was flagged?
o Why were this investigations not done before?
o How did she even "flag" my id without proper investigations?
o Does she realize that her "opinion" is putting my life on hold?
I can't apply for a better job or even get credit. I even begged her to assist me as I am in a process of buying a house but clearly she doesn't care about her customer.

Old Mutual is a big company and I have been their client for years. I trusted them to take care of things once I am dead but if they are the once killing me then I wonder...

Natasha as a representative of Old Mutual is really doing things the Old way.

Peter, kindly follow up on my query as I am scared to even take out my id in public. I am not sure if I can even travel.
