My device was returned to me from repairs on Friday September 13, 2013 by an FNB Insurance accredited repairsman to whom I paid the R500 required excess. The hang-up button on the device doesn't work. Please assist in getting my handset re-repaired or replaced.
FNB insurance is giving me the runaround this issue that's pending since June 24.
