Claim form completed 2 Sep no response yet

My debit card was hacked on 31 Aug and I called to report. I begged for the claim form which I returned to them on 2 sep and was given a ref no RM 1308312090. They promised i would be refunded with 7 days and have sent two reminders and get auto reply telling me within 24 hours will have response. Today 19 September still no response.
I have had to loan money from friends and need to pay them back.
