I have applied for a student credit from Absa about a month ago, it was approved long ago but I had to go there twice already to check if there was any outcome as the bank is not making any form of communication with me... No e-mail, Sms or phone call. I then later decided to take it upon myself to go again to collect my card only to find that no one can give me an explanation as to why I have not received it. A number of calls were made and they said the reason I have not received it was because the credit card division printed out the wrong name on my card and therefore they will still launch an investigation. Sooo Incompetent... By the way I am still waiting for the card but am already disinterested in the service, I thought my current bank was the worst but my perception was proved to be wrong! My Priority Banker tried solving the issue but the Bank just has a poor service delivery, even their systems. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
