They never come back to u. I paid legal fees of over R4k five years ago and it has never gone to court. I am awaiting two months for feed back regarding what we believe is over paid accounts. Nothing not a call, not an email nothing. Ironically I am told in a space of two weeks Absa owes me, then I owe ABSA then a statement owing less. One should compliment them for bad service
