How do people that must help you with insurance not specify things like, "you must pay an admin fee"?
On top of it all, clearly no one listened to what I requested and deducted money a month before they were supposed to. I asked for one simple thing, "since no one explained this to me, please rather then not deduct at the end of September, to make up for deducting earlier, seeing that they can't reverse the money". Now I'm paying for a car that's not even on the road yet.
This doesn't make any sense to me and it's messed up my whole day and finances. Your service badly so far!!! Not impressed, one bit.
