We are all quick to complain about the service delivery in the country, but it is good to know that some Nedbank branches does realy go the extra mile to try and help you.
Second time I have been to Nedbank -Festival Mall's - Info counter and the ladies there are always smiling and willing to assist. Unfortunately I did not get their names, but THANK YOU Nedbank for making us feel special at this branch. Both thumbs up for you!
