I travel regulary overseas and as per an arrangement with Dinersclub get travel insurance cover which is done through AIG. The arrangement is that the topup cover is being provided. This year in June i needed to claim back from the insurance for the first time. I completed all the documentation and send it through to them by email. I then followed up regurlay with e-mails to hear what the progress is with my claim. No feedback has yet been received. Last week i tried to get some feedback by asking Dinersclub to intervene on my behalf and today i received a letter form AIG that is an embasy letter to confirm that i have travel insurance. The letter is issued today for a period that is in the past. It seems that there is total chaos and no systems in this company and in the meantime they are collecting insurance money every single day.
