I apply for an personel loan at this highgate finance company in east london on the 03/09/2013 and every day they ask me to pay all kind off levy fees before they can pay out the funds for the loan, up to date I have already paid R57739.00 in to different bank accounts and still I do not have the money. When I called Mr. George Phillips he said that the money I paid is no all of a sudden not refundable.
