Still nothing done

After Standard bank jumped on the Hello peter complaint 2 weeks ago, still nothing had happened. The call centre has no info on the new cards. Still no updated status on my account. I will call FNB and Nedbank today to get this Standard bank out of my live. I can't believe that you are so full of empty promises. I have a home loan with you. An active cheque account and credit card. You guys prompted me to change the complaint to a satisfied status. I am so glad I didn't.
