I lodged a claim on 3/8/2013 for scratched on both side of the front doors of my car that happened on different dates, both the claims were rejected on the main cover as there were under R5000, I then decided to get a second opinion quote on the damage that was on the left hand side which had substantial damage and the quote came back higher and I forwarded it to Yolanda who send it to their assessor and it came back under R5000 and she said they get discounted quote. I lodged a claim for the right hand side under the value added insurance which was denied because there is another damage on the left hand side. my problem is under a main policy they separate the claims so that the claims falls under what it is covered for and under the value added policy they combine them so that it falls outside the cover. I'm not happy with Nadia as i've left messages for her to call me but hasn't done so.
