My car alarm system was jammed at the Pineslopes shopping centre, during this time my laptop bag with all its contents were out of my car boot, Absa are refusing to pay my claim due to the fact there was no forced entry into my vehicle. The police have daily reports on cases of this nature and find it unacceptable for my loss not to be covered. That is why I have insurance cover.
Absa up your game this is not customer service, its called passing the buck!!!
