Miway rejected the claim today on the basis of not receiving documentation YET it was sent and reforwarded showing the history of when it was sent. Now they want to divert it to their disputes department. This is extortion!!! Instead Francois Smit tries to belittle customers by admitadly testing their legal knowledge and basically saying "we you and there is nothing you can do about it"
