I live in the Johannesburg and someone had done a purchase on my account in KZN. I was told to get a police affidavit and a copy of the invoice which was impossible from the GAME store the staff kept sending me back and forth. Finally I managed to get the required documents sent to them and they said I should wait 21 days today is 23 day with NO response I have called them with also no satisfaction they have no complaints department their staff are not sure about what they are doing and according to what we see on HELLO PETER a lot of people are experiencing a lot of issues with RCS.
