MFC: inconsistent: I called to query a few things wrt application that they accepted with doctors note stating a designated driver required, with friends drivers licence. I called them prior to their outcome & they advised that they dont do credit checks on designated drivers, however they would prefer the driver to be a relative They also advised that finance had been approved for an instalment of R3000/less with Hyundai. I then submitted my dads driver's licence, & then received a reply that they had made an error with affordability advised prior & only with my salary increase letter did the affordability reach R3000.
I'd like to know why both nominated drivers were accepted (friend and father), & then rejected based on credit checks that Nedbank supposedly didnt do, & how they could make such a big error about the affordability, all this after they accepted my documents.
