Call Centre BAD SERVICE

I applied for a re-advance on my home loan through the call Centre Ref.4534868.The Uitenhage branch faxed all the documentation for me on the 27/8/2013.On the 29/8/2013 it was approved. The funds would have been paid out on the 10/9/2013 still nothing. I phoned again and said the funds would be paid out on the 12/9/2013 still nothing. When i call the Call Centre all off the staff has a different story. In 2011 i went through the same story, don"t they learn through there mistakes. This is very poor service. There is no more service. Standard Bank is moving backwards. Verry dissappointed.
