I put a complaint forward about being charged so much for one year's bank statements, I was never told by the lady that helped me how much it would be, she said it would be a small fee which is understandable but I would never have had them printed out had I known how much it would have cost, I am really very impressed with the service I received, Kevin thank you for being very friendly and helpful, I feel for the consultants because I think customers really give them a hard time, the money was reversed and back in my account within minutes, thank you Standard Bank
