Shocking service

I applied twice for a credit xard, to be pre approved twice online and in the bank. recieved my card and pre contract and still get no repsonse after this. i was told 24-48 hours, and no one contacts me, no service at all. when i contact african bank i get told the same thing twice now that the info on my payslip does not correspond to application, but they are entering the info??? i have tried to get a response from african bank to sort this out and get told to leave a message with the advote dept, which also does not respond to you. i am shocked at the service of aftrican bank and thewir staff. noone wants to assist and noone gets back to you. it is digusting how they all want business but noone gets back to you at all. very shocked!!
